How should I ship my iPhone to you?
You need to take care of shipping your iPhone to us. You are free to use any shipping service such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you need pre-paid FedEx shipping Label. Click Here.
Do you ship International?
No, since Customs is involved.
Do you ship with FedEx Overnight?
Yes we do, FedEx overnight shipping option is available at final checkout page for $10.
How much time does it take?
We ship your iPhone within 8 hours of receiving it with FedEx Air. Touch Screen LCD Repairs are shipped out within 3 hours, if it is in by 1 PM then it goes out with FedEx at 4 PM. All iPhone 4 repairs take 24 hours.
Is my iPhone insured with shipping?
All iPhones shipped to you includes FedEx Tracking and is insured for $300 within USA.
Does the free shipping cover both ways?
No, free FedEx 3 Day shipping is one way return to you; you ship it at your own expense to us. We also provide prepaid shipping label in the email. Click to order.
Can we have the repaired iPhone ship to different address than the billing address?
Yes, please fill the address you want to send the fixed iPhone to in the Shipping Form.
Do you use FedEx Ground?
No, We understand that you cannot live without your iPhone. We provide Free FedEx 3 Day AIr shipping or FedEx 2 Day Air shipping for $5 or FedEx Overnight shipping for $10.

Do you offer unlocking or jail-breaking services?
No. Since we get referral from Apple, we do not offer unlocking or jail-breaking services.
Do you offer Water Damage Repair?
Yes we do; read the Water Damage Repair Section. Not available for iPhone 4,
What is broken; Glass or LCD?
If you see the crack on the Glass and your iPhone is still working; then the Glass is cracked.
No; I do not see the display and the Glass is intact. What is wrong?
Does your iPhone show up in iTunes or rings when someone calls; then your LCD is bad.
How do I know if it is iPhone 3G or 2G?
3G is Full Black or Full White Plastic Back. 2G is Metallic Silver & Black Plastic Back.
How do you attach the Touch screen to the base?
We do not use epoxy or glue & instead use same Genuine 3M tape that is used on iPhone.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes we do. Just do Add To Cart & instead of PayPal you can decide to pay with Credit Card. If you wish to not pay online then fill out your credit card information in the shipping form. If you do not wish to write your credit card information, then just add your Contact Phone # in the package, and we will call for payment over the phone.
Is your website secure for doing Credit Card payment?
Yes. We use PAYPAL the most secured website for Credit Card Payment processing.
Do you store our Credit Card information?
No. With PayPal we do not have access to your Credit Card information. It is secured only with PayPal. We shred all our Shipping Form after 30 days of shipping the package.
Do you share our personal information?
No. We do not share personal information with anyone. We do not share references.
Do you accept Cashier’s Check or Money Order?
Yes; please make Cashier’s Check or Money Order payable to “Cupertino iPhone Repair”.

How do I trust you?
Our customers on eBay & yelp website beyond our control tells the whole story. We do not follow our competitors way of posting good things about themselves on their own website. We like our Customers do viral marketing for us. We are Power seller on eBay with 100% positive feedback and have all great reviews on yelp. We are also accredited by BBB San Jose.
Do you also buy or sell the iPhone?
No. We only do Hardware repair services for iPhone 3G and 3GS. No buying or selling.
Do you do iPhone 2G or iPod Touch repairs?
No; Sorry. If your iPhone 2G was repaired earlier you are still covered, but no new services.
Can I ship my iPhone & pay later after your diagnosis?
Yes; please fill the shipping form & we will call you on receipt of iPhone after diagnosis.
I am worried if my data will be seen by your repair technician and can be misused.
We are registered business with the Cupertino City and San Francisco City; we are also registered with Better Business Bureau (BBB). If you still feel unsafe about your data, just do the pin lock on your iPhone and no one can sneak into your iPhone. Since we use New Genuine Apple Parts, which come pre-tested, there is no need for us to get into your iPhone and test the functionality. Be sure you note down the PIN with you.
What if my iPhone gets lost or damaged?
All liabilities are limited to $300. We insure your iPhone for $300 when we ship it back to you. If it gets lost, you get $300 back. It is your responsibility to do insurance when you are shipping it to us.
What is your repair Guarantee?
All repairs are guaranteed for parts and workmanship. Touch Screen Repairs are guaranteed for 1 Year, all other repairs are guaranteed for 6 months. Guarantee is not valid for accidental damage or misuse.
Do you charge diagnosis charges?
No diagnosis charges, except $12 FedEx Shipping for return in US if you do not go with repair.
